Delivery is usually 1-3 days. Please ensure that all correct details for email address and telephone number is entered on the order so that any communication for your order can be tracked. Any delays in postage-time is not the responsibility of Venn Healthcare but we will provide a tracking number.
Delivery and Damages: Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, if valid, issue a replacement.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or an error occurs during the production process.
